Package
• Salary between €80,000 - €100,000 plus benefits

Travel Required: Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends – based on project requirements)

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferred – Master’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Exhibit a deep understanding of the Workday products and solutions. Lead =the business process design configuration development and implementation of Workday solutions to meet the clients needs. Oversee business process and configuration workstream and their day-to-day activities. Identify opportunities for additional business, Plan and lead delivery of workshops and facilitated client events. Lead the implementation of Workday configuration activities. Propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives. Apply strong business ski8lls and methodologies to interpret data, business process and deliver solution to clients

Work experience: 7-10 years HR and or ERP application experience
Workdays Certification, with 2+ years’ implementation experience with Workday modules. Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday navigation and Workday tools environment. Proven ability to analyse business requirements for configuration

Soft skills: excellent communication

Language skills: German (B2 and above) & English fluently

Project experience: at least one project lifecycle successfully completed
