Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Panel Builder to join an industrial automation company in the Utrecht region of the Netherlands.
Our client specialises in designing, building and maintaining industrial automation systems for machinery and production processes.
You will work in a professional, well-equipped workshop, assembling and wiring electrical control panels and switch cabinets according to technical drawings and electrical schematics.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Builder looking for well-paid employment in the Netherlands, with free accommodation and transport support.
Your Responsibilities
Assemble and wire electrical control panels and switch cabinets for industrial applications.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical schematics.
Install electrical components, including relays, terminals, power supplies and control equipment.
Perform mechanical operations such as punching, tapping, coding and finishing.
Ensure correct grounding, shielding and ventilation.
Inspect and test completed electrical panels.
Identify and resolve assembly or wiring issues.
Work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with other Panel Builders in the workshop.
Job Requirements
EU citizenship / EU passport or ID – mandatory.
Proven experience in electrical panel building, preferably in a workshop environment.
MBO Level 3/4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
Ability to read and work independently from electrical drawings and schematics.
Experience assembling and wiring industrial control panels and switch cabinets.
Good practical knowledge of electrical components and wiring techniques.
English at minimum B1 level.
Accurate, responsible and technically skilled.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Updated CV in English.
Availability to start as soon as possible.
