We are looking for an experienced couple of Chefs de Partie (CDP) to work together in a hotel in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional kitchen couple looking for stable, long-term employment in the Netherlands, with accommodation arranged.
Both candidates must have relevant professional kitchen experience, and at least one person must hold a valid Category B driving licence.
JOB DETAILS
Position: Chef de Partie Couple (2 candidates)
Location: Dordrecht, Netherlands
Salary: €17.99 GROSS per hour, including benefits (negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term employment
Accommodation: Shared bedroom in a private apartment
Rent: €300 per person per month
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Chefs de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a professional hotel kitchen.
Your duties will include:
Preparing and serving à la carte dishes
Preparing ingredients and completing mise en place
Preparing and supporting buffet service
Monitoring the quality, taste and presentation of dishes
Working independently during kitchen service
Organising and maintaining your kitchen section
Supporting other kitchen team members when needed
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Keeping your workstation clean, organised and hygienic
Maintaining consistent food quality during busy service periods
REQUIREMENTS
EU NATIONALITY – REQUIRED
Both candidates must have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie
Valid Category B driving licence required for at least one person
Experience preparing à la carte dishes
Experience with buffet preparation and service
Ability to work independently in a professional kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Reliable, motivated and flexible regarding working hours
Available to start as soon as possible
Updated CV required from both candidates
WORKING HOURS AND SHIFTS
Monday to Friday:
Mainly morning and afternoon shifts
Some evening shifts may be required
Weekends:
Morning and/or evening shifts
Candidates must be flexible regarding working schedules.
