Hotel Maintenance Technician – Eindhoven & Breda, Netherlands | EU CITIZENS ONLY | €18.00 GROSS per Hour | Single-Room Accommodation | Long-Term Employment
We are looking for experienced Hotel Maintenance Technicians for full-time, long-term positions in Eindhoven and Breda, the Netherlands.
This opportunity is suitable for skilled technical professionals with experience in hotel maintenance, electrical repairs, plumbing, general building maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Candidates must be able to work independently, identify and resolve technical problems and maintain high standards of safety and service.
JOB DETAILS
Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician / General Maintenance Technician
Locations: Eindhoven and Breda, Netherlands
Salary: €18.00 GROSS per hour, including holiday allowance and paid leave compensation
Payment: Weekly
Start Date: October 2026
Employment: Full-time, long-term
Minimum Availability: 12 months
Accommodation: Single room, €120 per week
YOUR WORK
As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining hotel rooms, public areas and technical installations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to technical faults and maintenance requests
Repairing lighting, sockets and minor electrical problems
Repairing taps, drains and plumbing fixtures
Maintaining and repairing doors, locks and furniture
Carrying out minor painting and sealing work
Performing basic tiling and carpentry repairs
Conducting preventive maintenance
Inspecting electrical and plumbing installations
Checking heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems
Identifying technical problems and arranging appropriate solutions
Prioritising urgent repairs and maintenance requests
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Following safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards
Communicating effectively with hotel staff and management
Working independently and efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
EU nationality / valid EU passport or ID – REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical maintenance experience
Experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance or a similar technical role
Practical electrical knowledge – REQUIRED
Good understanding of plumbing and general repair work
Basic knowledge of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
Ability to identify and resolve technical faults
English minimum B2 level – REQUIRED
Ability to prioritise maintenance tasks and work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Accurate, reliable and service-oriented
Available for at least 12 months
Updated CV with relevant technical experience required
