We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Production Employee for a full-time position in the Netherlands.
This is a technical production and finishing role involving assembly, drilling, tapping, countersinking, sanding, product finishing and quality control.
The position offers an excellent package with a net salary of €17.50 per hour, free accommodation with a private bedroom and European health insurance fully paid by the employer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Technical Production Employee, you will carry out various production, assembly and finishing activities.
Your duties will include:
Assemble main components and sub-assemblies
Perform technical production and finishing work
Tap, drill and countersink products
Remove burrs and ensure a clean finish on processed products
Straighten masts and other components when required
Operate an automatic sanding machine
Fit mounting materials
Position workpieces correctly for processing
Operate production and welding equipment when required
Prepare finished products for transport
Use cranes or lifting equipment where required
Load and unload materials within the workplace
Collect and prepare the necessary materials and tools
Follow technical work instructions and production procedures
QUALITY CONTROL
You will also be responsible for maintaining the required production and quality standards.
This includes:
Visually inspecting products for damage or defects
Checking materials, products and components
Performing quality checks during and after production
Checking finished products for functionality and appearance
Reporting defects, deviations or other irregularities
Ensuring products are correctly positioned and processed
Working according to established quality procedures
SAFETY AND WORKPLACE RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all company and workplace safety procedures
Correctly use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Keep the workplace clean, safe and organised
Handle materials, tools and packaging carefully
Perform basic daily maintenance within your area of responsibility
Immediately report unsafe situations or technical problems
Cooperate with Team Leaders, Quality Control and production colleagues
REQUIREMENTS
EU citizenship / EU passport – REQUIRED
English minimum B2 level – REQUIRED
Previous experience in technical production, manufacturing, assembly, metalwork or a similar industrial environment
Experience with technical tools and machinery
Ability to read and follow technical and production instructions
Good practical and technical skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Quality-conscious and safety-minded
Physically capable of performing production work
Category B driving licence is an advantage
