Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – Vught, Netherlands | EU CITIZENS ONLY | €18.09 GROSS per hour | Accommodation €120/week | Long-Term | Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef for a high-level hospitality venue in Vught, Noord-Brabant, the Netherlands.
This is a full-time, long-term position for a chef with strong experience in high-level à la carte cuisine, hotels, banqueting and events.

Salary: €18.09 gross per hour, including holiday pay and vacation days
Payment: Weekly
Tips: Approximately €1 per hour, paid separately in cash
Accommodation: €120 per week

THE JOB
You will join a professional kitchen team working in a high-level hospitality environment combining à la carte dining, banqueting, weddings, corporate events and private functions.
The operation can serve approximately 200 lunch guests and 100 dinner guests, excluding banqueting orders. Banqueting events can involve 300+ guests per day.
This position requires an experienced chef who can maintain high standards of quality, presentation and organisation while working in a busy professional kitchen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and present high-quality à la carte dishes
Contribute to the development of seasonal menus
Maintain consistent quality, presentation and timing
Support and oversee large banqueting and event operations
Work with approximately 200 lunch and 100 dinner covers, plus banqueting
Manage stock, including receiving goods, calculations and ordering
Maintain high food-safety and hygiene standards
Follow HACCP and workplace safety procedures
Cooperate closely with the kitchen team
Maintain quality and attention to detail during busy services
REQUIREMENTS
EU citizenship / EU passport – REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or similar
Previous experience in hotels and banqueting/event venues
Strong experience in high-level à la carte cooking
Experience with high-volume banqueting is a major advantage
English minimum B2 level
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional kitchen
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Complete and updated CV required
