We are looking for an experienced Robot Welding Operator for a full-time, long-term position on a technical project in the Zwolle area, the Netherlands.

The position involves operating and monitoring robotic welding systems for steel and stainless-steel components. We are looking for candidates with strong practical welding experience who are interested in developing further within robotic welding and industrial automation.

YOUR WORK

As a Robot Welding Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating robotic welding cells
Working with systems such as ABB, Fanuc and Panasonic
Monitoring robotic welding processes
Adjusting welding parameters when necessary
Supporting programming and setup activities
Performing visual inspections of completed welds
Ensuring welding quality meets required standards
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols
Working with steel and stainless-steel components
Following all safety and quality procedures
Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment
REQUIREMENTS
EU citizenship / EU right to work – REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Robot Welding Operator or Welder
Experience with robotic welding systems; ABB, Fanuc or Panasonic experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of MIG/MAG welding
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols
Conversational English or higher
Valid Category B driving licence – REQUIRED
Own transport is an advantage
Reliable, safety-conscious and quality-focused
Ability to work effectively within a technical team
CERTIFICATES

Formal welding certificates are not required.

Candidates with strong practical experience in robotic welding and MIG/MAG processes are encouraged to apply.

Starting salary: €17.50 NET per hour
