CHEF DE PARTIE COUPLE – STEENSEL / EINDHOVEN AREA, THE NETHERLANDS

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie couple for a full-time, long-term position in the Steensel / Eindhoven area, the Netherlands.
This opportunity is suitable for a couple who both have professional kitchen experience and are looking to relocate to the Netherlands together. The position offers a private apartment for the couple.
THE JOB
As a Chef de Partie, you will work independently within a professional kitchen preparing Dutch and European-style dishes.
Your main responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking dishes from the menu
Taking responsibility for your section
Preparing ingredients before service
Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
Working according to HACCP and hygiene standards
Managing and monitoring kitchen inventory
Working independently when required
Cooperating with and supporting the kitchen team
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace
The position requires candidates who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie
English level B2 or higher
EU citizenship / legal right to work in the Netherlands
Available for long-term employment – minimum 12 months
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a busy professional kitchen
Both candidates must be suitable for Chef de Partie positions
SALARY & WORKING CONDITIONS
€18.00 gross per hour, including holiday allowance and paid vacation days
Approximately 40 hours per week
Approximately €724.88 gross per week based on 40 hours
Approximately €3,119 gross per month based on 173 hours
Salary paid weekly
Tips are additional and are not included in the salary
Full-time position
Start: ASAP
Long-term employment
ACCOMMODATION
A private apartment is available for the couple.
Cost: €100 per person per week.
WORKING IN THE NETHERLANDS
Health insurance is mandatory in the Netherlands, and assistance is provided with arranging it. Candidates also need a Dutch BSN number to work legally in the Netherlands, with assistance available for obtaining it after arrival.
