Chef de Partie – Utrecht, Netherlands | €18.25 GROSS per hour | Single-room accommodation available | Long-term employment | Immediate start possible
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for a hotel in the Utrecht area, the Netherlands.
This is a full-time, long-term position for a professional cook who can work independently, take responsibility for their own section and work effectively as part of an international kitchen team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes independently
Taking responsibility for your own section and ensuring smooth service
Preparing ingredients and dishes before service starts
Working according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines
Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
Keeping your workplace, equipment and kitchen area clean, safe and organised
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Working closely with the kitchen team to provide an excellent culinary experience for guests
Contributing ideas for improvements, new dishes and menu development
REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
Good level of English
EU citizenship / EU right to work – REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and manage your own section
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Professional and motivated attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility regarding working hours and shifts
Availability to start as soon as possible
SALARY AND WORKING CONDITIONS
€18.25 gross per hour, including benefits
Approximately 38 hours per week (hours may vary)
Full-time position
Long-term employment
Immediate start possible
ACCOMMODATION
Single room
Shared house
Rent: €131.32 per person per week
Workplace is approximately 10 minutes by bicycle from the accommodation
MEALS
One meal available for €4.05
