We are looking for an honest, reliable and proactive All-Round Cleaner and Concierge for a full-time position of 38 hours per week.

You will maintain accommodation used by international employees and expats. The properties are located throughout the Netherlands. You will be assigned your own region and will regularly travel between the different properties.
YOUR WORK
Approximately 80 percent of your daily work consists of general cleaning. You will clean shared living rooms, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and other communal areas.
You will also perform garden maintenance, including removing weeds, and carry out small technical repairs such as replacing light bulbs. Other responsibilities include conducting SNF inspections, handing over keys to new residents and checking whether properties are in good condition.
During your visits, you will identify cleaning or minor maintenance problems. You will address residents professionally regarding cleanliness and hygiene, document your observations and report them to your supervisor.
You will work independently according to a schedule provided by your supervisor. You are also responsible for managing your cleaning supplies and keeping the company car clean and tidy.
HOURS AND WORKING SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week. You will work from Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
SALARY AND CONTRACT
The salary is between €2,600 and €2,800 per month.
You will receive a flexible Phase 1-2 employment contract, with the possibility of permanent employment. Holiday pay and a bonus scheme are included in the employment conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
You have at least one year of professional cleaning experience.
You are honest, trustworthy, proactive and hands-on. You work efficiently, communicate well and have an eye for hygiene and detail.
English B1 is required. A valid Category B driver’s licence is required because the position involves travelling between properties in a company car.
WHAT WE OFFER
A company car is provided for work-related travel. You will also be invited to company events.
A furnished private room in a shared house is available for €650 per month.
