Are you an experienced Floor Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality?

We are looking for a motivated Floor Supervisor to join the team of a prestigious rooftop cocktail bar in Amsterdam. You will supervise the floor team and help ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service.

Your Responsibilities
Supervise and support waiters, bartenders, hostesses, and shift leaders
Coordinate daily floor operations
Lead and motivate the team to achieve excellent results
Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Communicate clearly with both guests and team members
Create memorable experiences for guests
Support effective teamwork and a positive working environment
Remain calm and focused during busy services
Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
English level B2 or higher
Team management experience is required
Available for a long-term position (minimum 12 months)
Hotel School qualification or equivalent certification is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer and service focus
Positive and professional attitude
Flexible and able to perform well under pressure
What We Offer
€2,675 gross per month
38 hours per week
Holiday allowance paid separately
25 paid vacation days per year
Salary paid monthly on the 25th
Holiday allowance paid annually in May
Single-room accommodation in a shared apartment available for €650–€725 per month
