Países Bajos Jobs is looking for a reliable and independent All-Round Cleaner and Concierge for a full-time position in the Netherlands.
This is a varied and responsible position in which approximately 80% of your daily work consists of cleaning. You will travel between different residential properties within an assigned region and will also perform inspections, minor maintenance tasks and practical support for residents.

SALARY
€2,600 – €2,800 gross per month
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Approximately 80% of your daily work consists of general cleaning of residential properties.
You will clean common areas such as living rooms, kitchens, toilets and bathrooms.
You will inspect properties during your visits and identify minor maintenance or hygiene issues.
You will perform simple technical tasks, such as replacing light bulbs.
You will carry out basic garden maintenance, including removing weeds.
You will conduct SNF-related property inspections.
You will hand over keys to new residents.
You will communicate with residents regarding cleanliness and hygiene when necessary.
You will document observations and report them to your supervisor.
You will manage your cleaning materials and supplies.
You will be responsible for keeping the company car clean and tidy.
REQUIREMENTS
English B1 required
Valid Category B driver's license required
Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience
Able to work independently according to a work schedule
Reliable, honest and trustworthy
Proactive and hands-on mentality
Good eye for hygiene and detail
Able to work efficiently and responsibly
Good communication skills
