Your Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to hotel standards
Manage your own section in the kitchen
Support daily mise en place and kitchen preparation
Work independently and as part of the kitchen team
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Follow HACCP and food safety regulations
Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements
Work across different hotel restaurant kitchens when required
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
Passion for cooking and high-quality food
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with a proactive attitude
Good organizational and time-management skills
English language skills
Available for long-term employment
What We Offer
Gross salary of €17.90 per hour (including benefits)
Long-term full-time position
Approximately 38 hours per week
Single room accommodation in the hotel
Accommodation cost: €500 per month
Staff meal available for €3.90
