Job Overview:
As a CNC Turner Programmer / Operator, you will play a crucial role in ABI’s machining department. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines, focusing on precision machining of custom components. You will work primarily with Fanuc-controlled machines and CAM software (Esprit) to create high-precision parts used in advanced drive systems and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:
● Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes/Milling (mainly Puma machines with Fanuc controls). Puma TT1800 SSY
● Creating and optimizing CNC programs, both manually and using CAM software (Esprit).
● Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure precision machining.
● Performing quality checks and making adjustments when necessary.
● Conducting routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
● Collaborating with the engineering team to improve machining processes and efficiency.

Requirements:
● Technical education (MBO or higher) in precision mechanics, machining, or a related field.
● Several years of experience as a CNC turner/Miller, preferably working with Fanuc-controlled machines.
● Strong knowledge of CAM programming, with experience in Esprit or similar software.
● Ability to work independently while ensuring high precision and efficiency.
● Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
● Good command of the Dutch or English language.
