Main Duties:
• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Meet daily with Head chef / Sous chef to determine daily objectives.
• Assigns and monitors production and prep duties to the team. Ensures that prep levels are always met.
• Assist with supervising the preparation of all food items ensuring quality and correct quantity. Will supervise in the absence of management.
• Prepares all food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Communicates with Head chef / Sous chef in relation to:
A) Quantity of Product – abundance or storage.
B) Quality of Product
C) Any associates concern or performances issues
D) Technical deficiencies.
