I am looking for a Gaming Executive to join an expanding team. The role is based in Reading. I need somebody who wants to make a difference, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and most importantly enjoys engaging with other people and providing the highest possible levels of service.
You would be reporting into the Head of Commercial as well as working closely with the rest of the commercial team in order to:
Plan and produce a games roadmap for distribution to all clients
Distribute generic and bespoke client information
Maintain and update client information on a central database
Work closely with the commercial and account management team to deliver superior customer support
Work with internal teams to support the delivery of client projects
Proactively analyse reports and advise accordingly
You would ideally have previous experience of working in a similar role within an SME business, ideally within the online gaming industry. The following skills and experience are required:
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Client relationship management
Self-motivated and dynamic personality
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office product suite or equivalent products
The flexibility to travel occasionally both in the UK and abroad
Strong organisational skills
